For the most discerning palates, if you love savory flavors and like to always have a good dose of taste at hand, we propose a product, one of the strengths of Oro del Salento, the Spicy Chili Pepper Paté or also spicy chili pepper cream, ready to spread.
The product is made exclusively with hot red chili peppers, which give the cream its classic fire-red color and intense aroma, blended with a drop of white wine and salt, without the addition of preservatives and all in extra virgin olive oil (at the origin).
Spicy Chili Pepper Cream
It is an excellent condiment that can be used to add an extra touch to your dishes, from sauces to frise, from spicy appetizer crostini to salads.
The only preservative used in both the spicy chili pepper cream and in all our productions is extra virgin olive oil, which preserves the product for as long as two years, giving it a unique flavor unlike other oils used in most commercial products.
It is packaged in jars of 130 g, but if necessary, jars of different weights can be made for delicatessens and restaurants.
