How are the online sold products made?
the products you can find displayed on our website are medium to high quality, handmade products, with our own produced extra virgin olive oil, 100% made in italy.
Where can I buy the products?
You can buy the products of Oro del Salento online or in our store located in Ugento (Lecce).
Also within some authorized distributors.
Can I personalize the grammage of the single products?
You can request personalized grammage, given prior request via email or via our contact form and agreement with our sales team.
What is the delivery time?
Your order is ready for shipment within 48 hours from your order confirmation.
What happens if the products arrive damaged?
Our products are carefully packed to avoid leakage or rupture during transportation. Should there be any visible damages on the outside of the package, the client or the person in charge of accepting the order is required to make the appropriate documentation to the courier “Package accepted with reserve cause” (Please specify the visible damages, i.e. broken, open, dirt, wet ecc) in order to proceed to the reimbursement from the courier. In the rare occasion that you might find damaged goods inside the non damaged package, we will proceed to reship the order after receiving pictures of the package and the products.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver all over the world. You can send us an email with the details of your destinations to get a cost estimation of the shipment and the payment methods.
Can I cancel an order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order, you need to send a request to our sales offices but beware we might not be able to cancel an order that is already shipped.
Which payment methods can I use?
Online you can pay via PayPal, Stripe, credit card or debit card. For purchases in our offices you can pay with debit card and cash.
