Spicy patè cream “Pizzica Salentina”
A mix of eggplants, dried tomatoes, red hot chilis, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.
We named this product after our regional dance “pizzica” which translated means pinched and is referred to some of the small jumping moves typical of this dance. A very spicy dance which is perfect to name this pate cream.
