The Artichoke Bruschetta is a cream of Salento products and fragrances, mainly made with 69% artichokes and seasoned with a small amount of red peppers, capers, all in extra virgin olive oil (originally) and finished with a pinch of vinegar, garlic, parsley, and salt.
The Artichoke Bruschetta is excellent for dressing chicken salad or green salad, to be used for garnishing canapés and spread on lightly toasted bread and crostini.
