Produced with just the right amount of dried tomatoes, ricotta forte, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, chili peppers, natural flavors and a pinch of salt, will give you simply that unique taste of southern Italy.
The dried tomatoes pesto with ricotta forte is finely grinded with extra virgin olive oil (of our own productions and available on our online shot) and the combination of dried tomatoes and ricotta forte (which simply is a more creamier and spreadable version of the fresh cheese) give the pesto a bordeaux red coloring and a special and intense flavor. The other ingredients like the pine nuts and natural aromas just give it a round finish.
The dried tomatoes pesto with ricotta forte is pasteurized, packaged and ticketed in glass jars and can be store for 2 years from production date in a chilled and dry spot away from heat source.
Once opened we recommend to add a bit of olive oil on top for better preservation and store it in the fridge.
