The Salentina Bruschetta is the classic condiment of our land, made with tomatoes, vegetables (carrots, white turnips, celery, peppers, onion, cucumbers, and cauliflower), extra virgin olive oil (at the origin), olives, salt, lemon, and natural spices.
The Salentina Bruschetta is excellent as a dressing for chicken salad or green salad, to be used for garnishing canapés and spread on lightly toasted crostini and bread and frise.
