Very flavorful and tender artichokes come from the countryside of the Salento region, finely ground, making the Artichoke Paté a unique condiment even when eaten raw.
Artichoke Cream
The product is made exclusively with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a preservative that we use in all the typical Salento products we create, packaged in glass containers and pasteurized at 130g, but also available in other formats upon request.
