One of our typical specialties that we love to make and let people taste is the Green Olive Paté. A classic recipe that does not need any aromas to enhance its flavor, made exclusively with Green Olives and processed with only Puglian extra virgin olive oil. Pitted green olives are turned into a very fine cream, and packaged in a 130g jar, the Green Olive Paté is delicious to spread on crostini, canapés, and toasted bread, as a side dish or even as an appetizer for your most discerning friends.
Made solely and exclusively with green olives that make up 90% of the product, extra virgin olive oil primarily from our lands, and a pinch of salt. This product is complemented by the black olive paté, made solely and exclusively with Celline Olives from the Ugento area.
