Coratina extra virgin olive oil is made from Coratina olives, a traditional Italian olive variety named after the town of Corato in the province of Bari.

It has an intense, robust flavour with a distinct bitterness, a peppery finish and aromas of fresh herbs and nuts.

How to use it

It is at its best used raw, with full-flavoured dishes:

on toasted bread and bruschetta
drizzled over legume and vegetable soups
with grilled vegetables, meat and fish
with aged cheeses
in marinades, sauces and dressings

Size and storage

3-litre tin. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
