Oro del Salento is a farm specialized in the production and sale of food specialties from Puglia: from the peasant tradition of Salento to tables all over Italy, with authenticity and artisanal quality in every jar. From almond-stuffed olives to spicy chili-stuffed olives to local wines.
Our story begins with olive growing: we inherited from our parents the passion for an authentic extra virgin olive oil, produced with olives from our lands in the heart of Salento. From that root, a selection of preserves, dressings, and flavors that tell the story of this land has grown.
In recent years, there has been a rediscovery of local, authentic, short supply chain food. More and more people are consciously choosing products linked to the territory, far from the mass food industry. We at Oro del Salento are part of this return to origins: every product you find in our shop is handmade, without preservatives or additives, with raw materials selected directly in Puglia.
We are a small farm in Ugento, in the south of Salento — a sun-kissed land, surrounded by crystal-clear sea, with a millennia-old gastronomic tradition made of simple dishes and deep flavors. Our mission is to bring those flavors to your table, wherever you are.
